The Charlotte 49ers men's tennis team (5-4) puts their two-match winning streak on the line when they play Gardner-Webb (2-3) on the road, Wednesday, February 20 at 2:30 pm.

"We're looking forward to another competitive match against a tough Gardner-Webb team," Charlotte coach Billy Boykin said. "They always compete hard and Coach Griffith will them prepared to play. We're going to have to play with a lot of focus and good intensity."

Jordi Massalle Ferrer leads the 49ers with 16 singles wins. Jack Williams has 13 singles win. Alex Calott has 11 singles wins. Paul Cisti, who earned A-10 Player of the Week honors last week, has 10 singles wins this season so far.

The doubles team Calott and Cisti have combined for five doubles wins. Massalle Ferrer and Williams have posted a 5-1 doubles record this season. Kamil Khalil and Krzysztof Kwasniewicz also have combined for five doubles wins this season.
