|Vandals Add More Talent|
MOSCOW, Idaho – The University of Idaho Track & Field program is thrilled to announce the signing of middle distance runner Emily Wesseling. She hails from Milton, a suburb of Toronto in Ontario, Canada.
Wesseling has personal bests of 2:14.50 in the 800m and 4:38.02 in the 1500m. She placed 10th in the OFSAA Championships in the 1500m in 2015. Her personal bests ranked her 17th in the 1500m in all of Canada for athletes under the age of 18 and 25th in the 800m for under 18 athletes in 2015.
Wesseling has competed in cross country as well throughout high school, placing as high as 21st in the OFSAA Championships. When not competing for Milton District High School, Wesseling runs for Speed River Track Club out of Guelph, Ontario.

Wesseling intends to major in International Studies at Idaho.
