Q: How do I purchase tickets in advance?

A: You may purchase tickets:

- Online 24 hours a day.

- At Gate #1 of McKenzie Arena between 10 AM and 5 PM, Monday - Friday. The box office follows the university's holiday schedule.

- By phone at 423-266-MOCS(6627) between 10 AM and 5 PM, Monday - Friday.

* Fine Arts Event tickets can be purchased at the Fine Arts Center box office on the coner of Vine Street and Palmetto Street.  The box office hours are 10AM - 4PM, Monday - Friday.  On event days the box office opens 1 hour prior to the event

 

Q: Where can I purchase tickets on game/event day?

A: Football - First Tennessee Pavillion located on the West side of Finley Stadium starting at Noon.

Basketball - Gate #1 ticket office located on the concourse level of McKenzie Arena.

Wrestling - Douglas Street entrance of Maclellan Gym (cash only).

Softball - Ticket office at the main entrance of Jim Frost Stadium.

McKenzie Arena Events - Gate #1 ticket office located on the concourse level of McKenzie Arena.

Fine Arts Events - The Fine Arts box office located on the corner of Vine Street and Palmetto Street opens 1 hour prior to the event. 

Q: I just purchased tickets and selected "Will Call".  How do I get my tickets?

A: All Will Call customers are required to show ID to pick up tickets

If picking up before game/event day:

All will call is processed at the main ticket office located at Gate #1 of McKenzie arena until game day.

If picking up on game/event day:

Football - The Will Call tent located to the right of the First Tennessee Pavillion ticket window.

Basketball - Gate #1 ticket office at McKenzie Arena.

Wrestling - Douglas Street entrance of Maclellan Gym

Softball - Ticket office at main entrance of Jim Frost Stadium

McKenzie Arena Events: Gate #1 of the McKenzie Arena

Fine Arts Events: Fine Arts box office located on the corner of Vine and Palmetto Street, will open 1 hour prior to the event to hanlde will call.

**We strongly suggest picking up tickets before game day to avoid lines

 

Q: Where is the Player Pass and Recruit Pass Gate?

A: You will be REQUIRED to show a valid photo ID and sign to receive your tickets. If you do not have a valid photo ID you will NOT be able to receive complimentary tickets.

If you are a potential student-athlete or a current student-athlete has left you tickets you will need to pick them up at the following location:

Football - Foundry Gate South - at the West side of the stadium (directly across from the First Tennessee Pavilion).

Basketball - All player pass and recruit tickets will be at Gate A.  Gate A is on the street level underneath Gate 1.

Wrestling - All player pass and recruit tickets will be located at the main entrance of Maclellan Gym on Douglas Street.

Softball - All player pass and recruit tickets will be located at the main ticket boot at the main entrance of Jim Frost Stadium.

 

Q: Does an infant or young child need a ticket?

A:

Athletics Events:  Any child three (3) years of age or older needs a ticket.  Under three (3) years of age will be admitted free of charge.

McKenzie Arena: Age requirement varies by show.  Please contact the box office at 423-266-MOCS(6627) with any questions

Fine Arts Center:  Age requirement varies by show.  Please contact the box office at 423-425-4269 with any questions.

Q: What payment options does the ticket office accept?

A: The ticket office accept Cash, Visa or MasterCard.  Checks are only accepted to puchase season tickets during the renewal process.

 

Q: Do current UTC students need to purchase tickets for athletics events?

A: No, UTC students are admitted free of charge to regular season home contests with a valid Mocs card.  Please remember as a UTC student, all you need to do is show your valid student ID at the gate upon entry.

** NCAA playoff events hosted in UTC facilities are not covered under this policy.
