Season Ticket Holders

If you were a season ticket holder in 2013, you should have received a renewal letter in the mail.  You may return that to us with payment or click HERE to login to your account and purchase your tickets.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and cash at the gate.  We do not accept personal checks for admission.  We open up up 1 hour prior to the scheduled first pitch.

Tickets are also available in advance at our box office location at the Holmes Convocation Center.

Refunds and Exchanges

We do not offer refunds for ticket purchases.  However, tickets for a game that has yet to be played may be exchanged for a future game.  If the ticket exchanged is of greater value, the ticket buyer must pay the difference.  If the ticket exchanged is of lesser value, no refund will be given.

Due to the nature of baseball and the constantly changing weather conditions on top of the mountain, we do allow exit and re-entry to games at Smith Stadium.  This policy applies only to Smith Stadium for baseball games.  To re-enter the stadium, you must present a ticket for the current game at the gate.  Bags and other items are subject to reasonable search.  Anybody deemed intoxicated will not be allowed entry into Smith Stadium.

Will Call

Tickets purchased online or by phone to be left at will call may be picked up at the gate one hour prior to the scheduled first pitch.

ASU Students

Currently enrolled ASU Students need to only bring their valid ASU ID for entry.  Guest tickets may be purchased at the stadium for $5.

The Athletic Ticket office is open Monday - Friday 9 am - 4 pm  at the Holmes Convocation Center.  Tickets may be purchased online 24 hours a day online at appstatesports.com/tickets or by phone during regular business hours at 828-262-2079.  Tickets may also be purchased at Smith Stadium one hour prior to the scheduled first pitch.

ASU Baseball Player Parent information.

If you are a parent, sibling or guest of a current ASU baseball player you must follow specific guidelines set forth by the NCAA in order to properly secure your ticket for each game.  The player must put your name on the official guest pass list for that game.  Each player may put up to 4 people on the list under his name for each game.  The list is collected 1 hour and 15 minutes prior to the scheduled first pitch.  Once the list is picked up by the Athletic Ticket Office representative, names may not be added to the list.  If you are not on the list, you must purchase a ticket for entry into the game.  You must also have a photo ID available and only the person listed may pick up the ticket.  Each person must pick up his/her ticket.

MLB Scouts, Media and NCHSAA Coaches

We are happy to have you visit Smith Stadium for a baseball game.  Scouts simply need to furnish proof of affiliation when entering at the gate.  Media should contact Mike Flynn with ASU Sports information for appropriate credentials.  North Carolina high school coaches must present a valid NCHSAA coach's pass and will receive up to 2 complimentary admissions with a current pass.  We do not accept coach's passes from outside of North Carolina.
