GRAND FORKS, N.D. - The South Dakota State men's swimming and diving team won 12 of 16 events to remain unbeaten in dual competition with a 183-117 victory over host North Dakota on Saturday.

The Jackrabbits, who upped their record to 3-0 in duals, received two victories each from Kyle Ochsner and Garth Wadsworth. Ochsner won the 200-yard freestyle in 1 minute, 43.14 seconds and later turned in a first-place finish in the 500 freestyle with a winning time of 4:42.19. Ochsner also swam on the Jackrabbits' winning 200 medley relay, teaming with Alex McLain, John Overman and Ben Bolinske to open the meet with a winning time of 1:35.28.

Wadsworth swept the butterfly events, starting his day with a winning time of 1:55.25 in the 200, followed by a top time of 52.31 seconds in the 100.

McLain and Bolinske added individual titles of their own. McLain claimed the 200 backstroke in 1:54.60, while Bolinske won the 50 freestyle in 21:33 seconds, then traded spots with teammate Wil Hogue in the 100 freestyle as Hogue won the event in 46.47 seconds with Bolinske second in 47.59.

The quartet of Bolinske, Phil Albu, Blake Yeager and Hogue closed the competition with a victory in the 200 freestyle relay with a time of 1:24.75.

Albu posted a victory in the 100 backstroke in 52.05 seconds, while Shea Patrick clocked a winning time of 2:09.05 in the 200 breaststroke to win the event by more than five seconds.

Clark Kocourek rounded out the individual victories for SDSU by winning the 3-meter diving title with a score of 300.90.

The Jackrabbits return to action Jan. 5 at the Tampa Relays.
