DURHAM -- As Duke prepares for the Chick-Fil-A Bowl on New Year's Eve against Johnny Manziel and the Texas A&M Aggies, the Blue Devil Network is taking a look back at the best plays from Duke's historic 2013 football season.
Each day leading up to the game, check back with GoDuke.com for another one of the moments that helped Duke to the first 10-win season in program history, and the school's first ACC Coastal Division championship.
Today, we begin our countdown with play #10, Anthony Boone's 23-yard touchdown run against the Memphis Tigers. Boone would eventually bow out of the game with what turned out to be a broken collarbone, but before suffering the injury, the junior signal-caller scored the game's first touchdown. Duke would never trail in the contest and eventually go on to win, 28-14, to move to 2-0 overall on the year and begin what would turn out to be a 5-0 campaign in true road games.
Check back each day for the next play in our BDN Countdown to the Chick-Fil-A Bowl.
