Prior to FIU: Has been playing volleyball for eight years, also competing in swimming for three years ... Spent one academic year at Bishop Moore (2008-09) and two years at Foundation Academy (2009-11) before closing out her senior year at Olympia High School (2011-12) ... Served as volleyball team captain and earned MVP honors in each of her years ... Named Athlete of the Year as a senior ... Led Bishop Moore to a district title ... Guided Foundation Academy to a pair of district championships before leading Olympia to a district title ... A Top Select Volleyball Academy Club Team member, earning player of the year recognition in 2010 ...  Played with Top Select Volleyball Academy at the Junior Olympics in 2009, 2010 and 2011, winning a championship in 2009 ... A member of the National Honor Society ... Also recruited by Connecticut, South Carolina, Georgia, and San Diego ... A member of the indoor and sand volleyball teams at FIU.
