What time does the box office open for an event?

The box office will open at that events venue 1 hour prior to that event starting.  Tickets are always available online for all Pacific sporting events that charge for entry.  You can also swing by the Pacific Box Office at Long Theatre Monday through Friday to purchase tickets for future sporting events during regular busienss hours.  If you have any additional questions contact the Pacific Box Office.

How come I am unable to see or buy tickets for today's game online?

Tickets are unavailable once you get within a certain time to the game starting.  Generally it's 1 hour prior to the game, however certain events shut down online 4 hours or as much as midnight the night before.  However, tickets are always available at the event venue on the day of the game starting 1 hour prior to the event beginning.  Games rarely sell out, but if a game does sell out, there will be a notification online. For questions or if you need additional information contact the Pacific Box Office. 

Where are my Print-At-Home tickets?

When you select Print-At-Home for the shipping method for your tickets, you should receive an email with a PDF of your tickets attached no more than 5 minutes after you complete your purchase.  Open the PDF and print.  You can also log into your account at PacificTigers.com/TigerTickets and select "My Purchase History."  Then select your order and click on "Print your Tickets."  Your computer will then begin downloading a PDF of your tickets. Open the PDF and print.  If you have tried this and are still having issues contact the Pacific Box Office.

Where is Will Call located?

If you are looking to pick up your tickets a day or more prior to the event swing by the Pacific Box Office at Long Theatre during normal business hours.  On the day of an event Will Call will open 1 hour prior to the event.  For Men's Basketball and Baseball, Will Call is located at the Baseball Box Office.  For Women's Basketball and Women's Volleyball, Will Call is located at Gate 1 of the Spanos Center.  For all other events Will Call will be located at the ticket booth at their respective venue.  If you have additional questions contact the Pacific Box Office.

Are tickets refundable or can I exchange them for a different event?

There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets purchased for events at University of the Pacific.  However, Pacific Season Ticket Holders are able to exchange their unused tickets for additional tickets to future events in the same sport.  For example, a Men's Basketball season ticket holder can exchange an unused ticket for a future Men's Basketball event*, but not a Women's Basketball or Women's Volleyball event.  To exchange unused season tickets contact the Pacific Box Office in advance of the game.

*Restrictions apply for Gonzaga & BYU games.

How come the date and time on my ticket is TBA?  Why does my ticket say a different game date and/or time than PacificTigers.com?

Tickets printed prior to a date and/or time being determined will show TBA for the date and/or time. Dates and/or times can be adjusted after the schedule is set for television, travel, weather or other circumstances. For the most accurate dates and times always check PacificTigers.com.

How do I send my tickets to a friend?

A perk to ordering your tickets online through PacificTigers.com is the ablility to send your tickets to a friend.  If you can't make a game and you would like to give your tickets to a friend, log on to PacificTigers.com/TigerTickets and sign into your account.  Select "Ticket Advance" and then choose the event you would like to forward and select which seat(s) you would like to advance.  Then enter in your friend's email and they will receive an email with how to claim the tickets. Your friend will need to create an account if they do not have one already.  If you are having trouble with this feature contact the Pacific Box Office for assistance.

How do I renew my season tickets?

Depending on the time of the year, you will be able to renew your season tickets online simply by logging into your account at PacificTigers.com/TigerTickets and selecting "Pay for Tickets."  Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your renewal.  If you are looking to change your seat location or want to renew prior to it being available online, contact Jeremy Neisser at (209) 932-2954 or the Pacific Box Office.

What are the ages for children and seniors to receive special ticket rates?

For Pacific sporting events, children ages 4 & under are free, children ages 5-12 receive a child's rate and seniors 62 years or older receive a Senior rate.  All other ages receive the standard Adult price.  Group pricing is available for all sports.  Contact the Pacific Box Office for more information.

Do you allow outside food and drinks?

Outside food and drinks are not allowed at Pacific Tigers sporting events including Men's & Women's Basketball, Women's Volleyball and Baseball.

What is the parking cost at sporting events?

Pacific Men's Basketball is the only sport that charges for parking, and prices are as follows:

$5 - Cars

$10 - RV

Do you allow dogs at your sporting events?

No dogs are allowed at Pacific Tigers sporting events, aside from baseball's "Bark in the Ballpark" promotion at one game each year.

 

What happens if a Baseball or Softball game is rained out?

In the event a baseball or softball game is rained out there are no refunds on any purchased  tickets. Tickets will be valid for the rescheduled game date if the scheduled game is made up, or can be exchanged for a future 2017 regular season game in the sport rained out of equal or lesser value.
